Cancelling transactions

To cancel a transaction first go to the transactions page. Select the transactions to be cancelled with the round button, then select "Cancel Transactions" from the custom function drop-down. If a transaction has already been marked as "Completed" it cannot be cancelled.

Once the cancel transactions option has been selected a message box asking for confirmation of the cancellations will appear, if the number of transactions is correct press the orange "Confirm" button to confirm it. Press the "Cancel" or the cross in the top right corner to stop the cancellation process.

Once the message has been confirmed, press ok to close the message box. The cancelled transaction will no longer be displayed on the transactions list.
