Filtering the search results

After completing a search it is possible to further filter the results based on the content held in the columns. The titles in headings at the top of the columns will relate to the content held in the columns.

Toggling the table filters

To toggle and hide or reveal the table filters, use the toggle filters button, which is located in the main toolbar at the top of the page. Once the button has been used the image used will change to the "Expand toggle filters" button until the filters are revealed again. Below are images of the different buttons.

Filtering the search results

Below the column headings, there are white rectangular boxes that can be used to filter the search results. Each box is associated with the column heading above it.

If the box has an arrow on the right-hand side of it, this means that the filter criteria can be selected from a drop-down box. To use this simply click anywhere on the box and click on the desired option from the list.

If the box is blank the filter criteria can be manually entered into the box by typing.

Clearing the table filters

All of the table filters can be cleared using the "Clear filters" button. An image of this button is shown below.
